I finally did it, after all the help from various people. I took 1 1/4 inch plastic ribbed tubing, and put it into three places on my car. One right above my left fog light. And 2 right past the fog light into the rib itself. I do not think it is as much a ram air, as a CAI. All this was connected to the stock intake box(gutted), through the stock intake hole, after a little enlargening. I will post pics later.

The car is a bit faster, and it really seems to have increased the midrange punch. The engine does not seem to protest as much at slamming the gas. I definetly believe that this a worthwhile mod for anyone to do. Also do remember that this is all on the stock airbox.
I just ordered the RX-4750 X-Stream K&N...it'* $69 after tax from Advance Auto. Not bad at all cosidering it'* still less than my old flat replacement K&N. Thanks again Will!!
Have you noticed a difference in performance between the K&N and Hector'* filter on the ADTR? Or do you still have to make some runs? Seems like the K&N would allow much better airflow.

The real gains (I believe) are from the laminar airflow. This has a true velocity stack on the end, which forces the air coming in from the sides to flow straighter. Kind of a venturi effect.
As far as the CAI is concerned, I can't say for certain yet, cuz I put on the MSD coils at the same time. I'll be collecting data on IAT temps on the way home from work tonight though. I'll let you guys know what difference it makes at 30 and 60 mph.
