Default A/F ratio

What is a proper A/F ratio? I scanned tonight and noticed 14-15. Is this lean?

For best conditions, I would assume higher for economy from the factory.

14.7 is perfect for no load, idling in the driveway.
11.6 is perfect for WOT on the supercharged L67'*.

Yep, my GTP'* AF would jump right into the mid 10'* at WOT but the engine really likes 11.6 from what I have figured out so far.
After I installed my P$P blower I haven't got it tuned right yet, shortly after I noticed that my front end isn't tracking straight so until I get it sorted out, I'm on a tuning hold.

The problem is I spend more time working on other people'* cars then my own.
