All Vin C, 3, and L, and 1 engines are 8.5:1 compression from 87-present. Only the Vin K L36 is different, at 9.4:1.

I wonder, and somehow doubt, if the whole belt assembly will transfer. I've not looked much at an ln3

Cool, what did you guys do about that extra port? Just bolt it up and good to go? So this makes me "hmm" haha. The heads will bolt up, the intake will bolt to the heads, the supercharger will bolt to the intake, the supercharger will be happy on an 8.5:1 engine..but it would need more fuel, a way to spin it, and a whole lot of tylenol haha. what else though

I'm going to go soak all that in, but in the mean time you're right from 92+ the 3300 used the same heads as the 3800 except for an extra bolt on the intake.

And don't forget the MAJOR change in blocks......the addition of the balance shaft.
