Default ELC Trick for '01

Can anyone tell me the exact location where the disconnect plug is for the '01? Is it underneath an inpection cover in the trunk or elsewhere?? Does anyone know which fuse has to be pulled as well?

Sorry to say that there is no disconnect plug on our +00 cars.
The best way is to disconnect the ride level control rod by unscrewing either end of the attaching bolts using a 10 mm wrench. Simply reconnect when done.

If you try and disconnect the electrical, the exhaust over rides and drops the level.

The level sensor is behind the driver side rear wheel. I usually pop the bottom end of the indiciator off of its stud with a screwdriver and push the level indicator all the way up. Then when your ready to re-attach just pop it back on the stud by hand. Quick and easy.

Oh and it'* easier to access if you hit the air trunk button with the key on to pump up the rear first before you pop off the actuator rod.
