Ebay
I got a short-pipe intake on ebay, with the K&N-similar filter. All I did was get an extension for the pipe and couple it together to get it all the way to the corner of the engine bay.
What you really need to watch out for are the ones that come with a crappy filter. You'll end up spending as much if not more for a different filter to put on the pipe.
You'd probably be able to get something same or comparable at autozone/oreilly/whatever for the same or a little more, but at least you'll know exactly what kind of quality you'd be getting.
Good luck.

Ebay intakes are typically the worst on the planet. And the 'similar' filters typically hold water. They've been tested by members here.
Search on 'rice pipe' and make your own with a REAL filter.

Ummm yea... I have one. $25 shipped, Good quality Pipe, Nice coupler, and the Hole for the Temp sensor worked great.
Yes the filter sucks. but i just wanted the pipe and the other stuff.
Just get a Good filter and your all set.
Would it be reccomended to just buy intake tubing from ZZP (10.50 a foot) and then just buy a seperate K&N filter? That tubing does not suffer from as much heatsoak as an alluminum pipe so it is better bang for buck.

Yes, if you can build a box/heat shield to support it. You'd need to get your own filter-tube coupler too. Check out the "CAI" link in my profile. Otherwise you can go full out fenderwell intake using the tubing.
