I'd try STEAM. Heat and water. Then use some kind of clear coat on the BACK side to help it hold it'* shape. Just guessing here.

if you suck at life then you'd be dead...obviously you're doing something right!

on topic...how do you get the raised letter effect? Something under the mat?

What i am trying to do is, I am gonna cut the medium density fiberwood in that kind of shape really thin and than cut the letters Like SSEi and glue it to the board already cut and than put the carpet over and try to glue it to the fiberwood. I think i can do it like that. What you guys think

that should work, I think, as long as it doesn't get wet in there. Good luck!

I agree with willwren here. You can use putty or something pliable to make the letters/graphics. Steam the fiberwood/board and make sure it becomes pliable. It should be wet before applying it to the mold you've made. Try it on posterboard for testing using hot water, let dry. The clear coat is an excellent idea to maintain it'* integrity. Good Luck and let us know how it turns out!
