Sorry it took so long to get back. My vote right now is to not. It did have a little more power, but not so much that it made up for the rough idle that you guys told me to expect. I dont have the equipment to test it, but I did notice a different smell to the exhaust and I think that was frm the richer air\fuel mixture. I did clean the MAF screen(with alcohol and a qtip, Willwren) and noticed a smoother idle than before I did anything. Still more to clean, when I get more time!

Sorry to hear. It'* a 50/50 shot. Some have great idle..some don't.

I had great idle..great power... but the MAF was unhappy in my case.

i think its been a week since i took mine off..
havent experienced any difference in idle, i still idle good.
and i havent really noticed any real gain in acceleration, and i havent payed attention
if i gained any milage per gas tank..

REASONS WHY IM NOT PUTTING IT BACK
======================================
1. every time i clean filter and check pipe, its clean and no real harmfull particles ever
make it through
2.the maf screen seemed good as new when i took it out to clean the first time.. and it
seemed unrharmed this time around, but it did catch a bit of dirt.
3. i belive the maf-screen is restrictive to the air flow, wether it regulates air flow or not-
when it comes to the l27 atleast.

but dont take it from ME this is just what i chose and the reasoning behind it.
