It will need to be in the exhaust to work. Or find a fake O2 sensor that will spoof the PCM..Sorry for missing that one. My daughter would not stop talking to me while I was doing the tune.

It'* OK. I have four daughters I no how thing could go. Anyway after looking into it the sensor is still there just passed the cat before resanator. It must of went bad during the install maybe due to the heat from welder or something...

Nope. They don't do it by my house. They say it'* a liability, now two years ago no problem. Although I could rent the obdII. Scanner. An do it myself I guess...

The problem is, the code will come back. Unplug the battery for 20 mins and that should clear it, until it comes back. You have a bad cat, that'* what that code is telling you. Send the PCM back and I will fix the problem.
As for clearing codes. You can get cheep readers off Ebay and then your set. Or, if you have a smart phone, there is a android app called torque. It'* like $5. then get a bluetooth OBD2 adapter and your all set. DTCs, enhanced codes, everything.
