Anyone else use one?
Curious what everyone'* experiences are. I found that it trips a message on my dash saying "Service Power System", or something to that effect. Then a small battery icon light comes on by my tach. But it looks like its doing its job because I'm at a steady 14.5-14.7v cruising and 15.9-16.2 at WOT (according to my dash readout).
Justin at Casper'* was saying that on most cars it will shut off the information center at WOT because GM has a failsafe to prevent burning it out. However, mine stays on and the battery light will turn off at WOT, but come back on after a few seconds of cruising.

Justin didn't mention anything about certain years it wouldn't work for.

i called Todd and wanted to get one of these also, the car will throw some DIC warinings at you. The 96-99 have a VERY poor electronic system compared to the 00+ bonnes
after that i looked at the service manual for the 00+'* and found this info.
BATTERY XX.X V HIGH
The XX.X represents the battery voltage value. The battery voltage parameter cannot be reset by the driver. The battery voltage value ranges between 9.0 and 18.0 volts. If the voltage is less than 10.5 volts, the DIC displays LOW. If the voltage is greater than 16.2 volts, the DIC displays HIGH
the 00+'* dont have the voltage drop like the Wbodies and the earlier Bonnevilles
i suggest you try and sell the voltage booster to a w body guy

I just want proof that it doesn't benefit the car before I have a change of heart.
Sounds like I'll need to invest in my Aeroforce sooner than expected and start experimenting with and without the V-Plus Booster.
