hey well i made one yesterday with a 3" pvc pipe and a ractive filter.. i think it helped alot, especially on the highway.. i would definately reccomend one. i am getting a piece of stainless instead of the pvc shortly. but i have no numbers

A CAI helps out our cars alot. Since the factory airbox is really restrictive and our engines are meant to rev, I noticed alot of gains all throughout the RPM band. One of the best mods your can do for our cars.
