Default Bonneville SSE Naturally Aspired Performance Upgrades

I have a naturally aspired 93 Bonneville SSE. I was wondering if it was worth it to add performance upgrades like an intake, ehaust etc? Will I notice the increase in power? If so where is a good place to start in regards to performance upgrades?

that is a great basis to start

I have a 93 SLE and i noticed a nice sound and a little more throttle response with a GOOD intake and Heatshield....depending on the age and the milage of the car a highflow cat might be something to consider also....change the muffler for sound only....the stocker flows well already

Default Thanks!

Thanks for the input. I will try the intake and possible the cat converter. Is that something that can be done at home or does a shop need to weld?

Weld. Do not clamp.

www.justmagnaflow.com for the cat, then find an exhaust shop or friend (that knows what he'* doing) to weld it in.
