I'm rolling up on 180K, and just getting broken in.
You can install the newer keyless, but it'* a big hassle. Go with a Viper unit.
I think there'* more parts you would need to make that swap possible, If you really want to try it, You'll need the FSM (Factory Service Manual) to figure what wiring you'll need to do and the parts you'll need.
There'* no advantage to a used muffler, Pick up a Flowmaster or a Mangaflow meant for a Camaro/Trans Am.
