Also, just hit me... does the heat shield touch the top of the filter then? how about touching the bottom of the hood? doesn't seem to be much room there... maybe i need to work things arround a bit more and get it to sit at a bit of a lower angle...

Make the top about a half inch above the top of the filter (depends on the downward angle you set your pipe for). Engine torque MAY make it impact the hood insulator under load. You'll see the marks if it does.

On the silencer tubing and your airbox to TB ducting, I see these extentions T'ed off of the tubing/ducting, what are those? Any ideas? My L27 NA doesn't have that, why would you need it for supercharged if thats the application it was made for?

i've been told that there there to help absorb the noise of the supercharger... and if thats what they do then it works, cause with the stock setup you can hardly hear it, and with the pipe setup its loud!

Looks great.
You've got the sound now you need to derive the power. Shield it from the +130 F engine bay heat. You will gain an easy 10 hp by lowering temps.
