You run your fans ALL the time? Wow, that sucks...mainly horsepower from the engine but ya know. Also you're going to end up buying a set of fans shortly because they're rated in hours, not years. I'd strongly suggest hooking up a switch to the fans through a relay

Dan, I would suspect you have a much more serious problem. A clogged core in the rad, or blocked passages in the block somewhere. That fan thing is just a bandaid. Have you had your cooling system flushed/flow tested?

I run 190-195 consistantly, i never changed my stat, and i'm not gonna. Never seen it over 200 once, even in stop and go traffic @ over 90 degrees.
The series I intake should not fail unless under HIGH heat etc. They don't fail regularly like the series II do.
