FE1 is the base H body suspension... All of those are RPO codes...

I looked at it and it did match. I thought cars with the 2.84 only topped out at 98mph. Does a lower gearing affect how quickly the engine gains RPM or does it affect the shift points?

So, a 3.06 would probably hit red line in first @ 39mph because the RPM'* gain faster to get the car up to speed quiker, whereas my 2.84 redlines first @ 45mph and gains speed slower because the RPM'* are slower to increase. Am I correct here?
