Just went and did a scan on my 95 with Nate'* scantool.
Did a 0-100 run and it showed 0 KR up to the 2-3 shift where it showed 1-2* from 80-85 (just after the 1-2) shift, then back to 0.
Still not running my TR6'*, and with 92 octane.
Showing as much as 11* advance, but mostly in the 6-9 range.

80-85 MPH? You mean 2-3 shift?
As far as the timing 6-9* seems low esp. for not having KR. Is that timing at WOT? Does it bounce around?
I use to get the same KR on the 2-3 shift but now I see 0* KR all the way up to 110+ then KR starts to come in. My timing locks on to 12* for the whole time.
I'd like to bump timing up and reduce the boost I run. To run the pulley I run it costs HP, timing is free (no HP to add timing).

Down low in the rpm'* it completely gutless, but up in the 3500+ rpm range it really just takes off ....even had a nasty torque steer occasion on the 1-2 upshift that sent me back and forth in my lane, beyond my control.

I have my ceramic coated PEM'*, 3" DP, 3" HF Magnaflow cat, 3" HF resonator, and 3" piping to the muffler, 180* t-stat, and my TEP CAI (which appears isn't doing to well at shielding heat so I'm having the pipe powdercoated and will be making a better CA box).
With your exhaust setup, I'm not surprised you have no KR. Even though I'm running FAR too small of a pulley for the performance gain, I have no KR either.
But your 3" exhaust is killing you. We've discussed this before. Even though you've got no KRr, it'* still hurting you. The only two 92-95 L67'* that ever tried 3" exhaust lost low end.

Bill, answer ur phone for once.
Anyways, got my exhaust fixed up today at the place here in town that Marty and Travis used, great place, got my hi flo in, and my hangers replaced, and the doughnut done....
Oddly enough, with what Marty all has done, I'm hangin' on him pretty hard light to light.... I start pulling SLIGHTLY on him right before the shift, and I can give Travis in his * II a very hard run for his money.
But against Marty, his Low end torque is still about even with mine, but I'm also running heavy ***'d 18'* and about 200 lbs of stereo in the trunk with over 3/4 tank of fuel.
I think personally, both cars mod'd the same about, except him having Toulene in his tank, that yes, that 3" set up is killing him. Or something just ain't right.

Later in the evening we were getting some 12-13*'*.....But those were almost just spikes. But as a consistant avg we were pulling about 6-9* advance.
When it comes down to his KR.....On one run, and it'* the only run I saw it do this, at about 82-83 it shifted into third gear, and the KR bounced up to 7* for a few seconds....Other than that, he'* running about 1-2* on a rare occasion......Not consistantly, or in any situation that could be reproduced on command.
