You need to check the fuel pressure at WOT. On a series II L67 it should be 53 with vacuum off (so about 42-45 at idle with vaccum on) + 1 psi for every pound of boost at WOT, sustained. Series I may be little less thant that but I'm not sure.
My car at WOT is 53 + 15 or 68-70.
