The INTENSE turbo GTP dyno'ed at 669.5 HP at the crank. And this year I think they're hoping for over 800. So yeah in time it will be extremely easy.

how do they plan on going from 669.5 to 800?!?! Thats quite a jump!

That TTGN is not a 3.8. That is a 350 that'* been twin turbo'd.

And those are the inducer sides of the turbo sticking out of the hood.

Well, like people have said here before. The engine is a big air pump. If you can let more air in, then you get more power. I'm sure they will come up with a bigger turbo, and better heads, and see what happens.

Bigger and stronger heads, and stronger rods and pistons, will make even higher PSI from that turbo attainable.

Are you sure about the Grand National having the same block? I'm positive it has almost nothing in common with the series 2 but is it the same block as the series one?

Not the same block. Ours is actually much improved over it. At least 3 generations improved.
