Default 3800 Series 1 Rocker Arms

We've found a vendor that has 3800 Series I rocker arms in 1.7 and 1.8 ratio. I'm trying to get a feeling for interest from you guys and decide if INTENSE should sell them or not. Thoughts?

What sort of gains could be expected from a stock car and/or what other mods would be necessary/desired to run these?

I would consider a set if not too much was involved, or they were included in a package, such as maybe a stage 1.

Also, if you came up with a basic package that would work with the L27, you would open things up for other crowds such as the regals/se bonnevilles/park ave/88/98 crowd. There isn't much there and I am sure that there are people in those groups that would love to have a basic package

Also, what would the price be.

Dunno, never dynod the difference however on an S2 each ratio higher is about 10 horsepower on a supercharged car and half that on an N/A.

Springs may need to be changed but maybe not since they only go up to 1.8. Not sure anything else would be needed.

If I was back in series 1 world, I would have been all over this. I voted Yes.

Yes, I would of loved to purchase performance parts for my 93 SSEi from Intense, when I had the car. A good reliable Vendor selling Series 1 pieces would be nice.

If you have found a vendor, there wouldn't be much out of pocket for Intense would there? We have two choices for rockers now, 1.7'* in a group buy from SOP and 1.8'* from ZZP.

I've got 1.7''* from DrJay'* group buy a few years ago. But they've got a valve cover spacer. I may want to ditch them for a spacer-less set of 1.8'*.

My biggest question is, are they/you willing to work with us pre-'93 L67 owners, so we can have rockers? I really don't wanna swap my heads out for '93+ heads so I can have rockers. If you can work with them to have ones made, I will 100% most likely be buying them.

I voted yes but i just couldn't see that many s1 owners investing in rockers.
