300 at the crank is very workable. I'd think most of the mods you are talking about would get you there. Wheels however is a totally different story.

Plain and simple, you lose alot of power at the wheels because of the Tourque Converter.
I found a shop within 80 miles from me that will custom burn me a chip for my pcm, and do a few dyno runs to get it perfect. I think this would be a good idea for you also.
