29 cents mod
I shot an email to ZZP to see if they have an opinion. I dont want to be doing anything that will harm my car,
. So i think i may wait til i am sure that it will work with a bonneville.

New version has better soldering. Fixes the erratic voltage issues on certain cars. Now compatible with Regal and other 3 wire applications!
So they are stating it will work with other 3 wire applications...

This is a modification to the factory voltage setting and is not for every person out there. Most wouldn't notice any benefit at all from it. My desire is to bump my fuel pump voltage that extra .5 of a volt.

no half of a volts wont harm anything . if you have the orange wires its so easy so far my lights are brighter .dontforget its volts xamps= watts so more volts will take lest (don,t no if that right) amps example a 55 watt fog on 14 volts wil draw 3.9 amps and the same fog on 14.5 will draw 3.7 amp and still be brighter so that goes for everthing fuel pump coils ect

How is the Voltage supplied to the Alt on the W bodies as well as the 00+ Bonnevilles?
On the 92-99 Bonnevilles the Voltage field to the alternator is Controlled by the PCM...
Example, You start the car, you see battery Voltage for a few moments before the PCM supplied Power to the Alt, then you can watch the Batt Volt gage go from a bit above 12v to almost 14.0... The voltage is varied by the PCM and Load on the system.. Turn on the acessories and watch the voltage drop a hair and a couple of seconds later the voltage will come back up...
On my 91 LE, its a different story.... There is an ignition switched field.. The CS Series Alternator in it produces 14.0v almost all of the time

One would think... I was also thinking about that... But lets just say I didn't see any field for that when shown the tuning software.... Thats not to say that it isn't there..
