I recently put 20s on my bonne and I notice that it doesn't have that "stick you to the seat feeling" anymore. I've already spent my money on the rims so how can I get that torque back. My Bonne is pretty much stock. A/C Delco Platinum plugs and some okay spark plug wires are the only things I have replaced. I ready to step up my Bonne so I can smoke the 20 inch tires like I did the 16s.

The 20" rims are going to hurt you more then they are going to help you. It takes more power to rotate the 20" rim then say a 16-17" rim(or something to that effect). You would've been better off with a 17" or 18" rim.

that is exactly why i went with my 18'*

the weight of your 20" rims ( especially chrome.. they weigh more ) plus the weight of your low pro tires are heavier then stock rims and tires total.. so you have more rotational mass.. thats why it'* harder to turn those puppies and to stop them.. Think of it as throwing a 10lbs ball vs. a 20lbs ball.. which one can you get more distance and easier?? Weight is the factor.. it'* also the placement of the weight.. if the weight is more on the outer portion.. it'* got more leverage thus requires more energy to turn and stop them.. if you're weight is closer to the center.. it takes less energy to turn and stop them also.. ( want you to spin a 20LBs ball on a 6 feet chain and want you to stand in one spot vs. 20Lbs ball on your chest and a 6 feet chain )

eh....just do intake, exhaust, and smaller pulley ...that'll get u back some

Intake and exhaust should give you back some feeling, if that'* not enough, do the pulley for sure.

Your brakes are gonna be under more stress, you may want to look at nicer brakes or rotors as well. I'm sure you've found that out already.
