Will 18 inch Grand Prix GXP rims work on a Bonneville GXP
I was wondering if the 18 inch Grand Prix GXP rims work without any interference on a Bonneville GXP.I like the polished rims on the Grand Prix GXP better than the painted Bonneville GXP 18 rims.I did find out that the Grand Prix GXP rims are 7 X 18 for the rear and 8 X 18 for the front to better handle torque steer whereas the bonneville GXP rims are are 7.5 X 18 for front and rear and was wondering if the offset of the rims were different or if it created a problem wih rotors or calipers .Has anyone done this.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Craig

I would think there would be no interference, the 17" spare just fits tightly. But our tire sits right against the that collar on the strut so I quess a different offset might give a problem, The GXP has equal length shafts to make torque steering minimal. If the GP GXP has different width rims front and back, are the tires different as well? I wouldnt want to run different tire sizes on a platform made for same.
