Default 1996 bonneville running hot?

Its seems like my engine is running hot my coolant fans barley come on? What could diagnosis this? Temperture reads a little below 200 degrees i still think its hotter then that

Our Bonnies run about 200 which is normal. Your cooling fans will not come on until the temperature reaches around 224+. One fan is set to come on first and then other is set at about 10+ degrees higher than the first.

That temp is normal. You have a 195* thermostat.
