Personally, If I had to choose just one between turbo and supercharger, I'd pick supercharger for the long term durability. There'* more than just my opinion to back this up. Do a little research to see what I mean.
Plus, with turbo, you have spooling to consider. You have to choose between high end power and low end torque or use two smaller units at the same time to attain both.
Nitrous is certainly exciting and can be set up to perform without damaging things, by an experienced professional, but is primarily useful in strip applications and not for every day use.
If you're really wanting something different and beastly, follow Wren'* lead and go dual supercharged & turbo. Just do your research first. And don't forget to let us in on the results.
