The titanium retainers were probably overboard with your application but you will like them. They will help the valvetrain rev a bit faster. Steel retainers would have done just fine. As for the 23 WHP you can see my results here: http://www.intense-racing.com/8ball.html and feel free to ask me any questions about it.

Rogue - do you think I can still use my NKG TR55 IX plugs or should I go with TR6 IX bullets :?:

Rod Rounds recommends using Denso plugs. I like his idea of trying one only in the #1 cylinder and pulling after 100 miles to check it out.

You'll be happy with the 1.9'*. The best I've heard them discribed as was "instant coffee". Sure the came will give you a better dyno graph, but they are so much easier to install over a cam. You'll be smiling when you test them out.

1 range colder is probably fine. I don't remember how the NGK'* run. You don't want to go to cold or you will foul out the plugs. I ran 1 stage colder until the cam when I dropped to 3 stage colder along with the 160 t-stat. You will want to scan the car for KR, if your seeing 1-2 degrees colder plugs may help.
