1995 Pontiac Bonneville SE 7.1 15.4

From that, and what you just posted, I'd say you have some problems there!

First year of the Series 2, and lighter because it doesn't have all the SSE/SSEi goodies. Good power, lightest weight of any Bonneville from 92-2003.

Would you be willing to venture a guess on what my problem might be???
If the car is still running , then it 80% not a mechanical problem , check your emmisions system , tune up , free up the exhaust , coil packs. Is your tranny shifting properlt? Is that 9 seconds cause your burning rubber?
O2 sensors

Sol, you have an SSE. Heavier. Not as fast. How long since a total basic tuneup? Ariel is right on here. Do the basics, it'll probably come right back to you.

With 58k your O2 sensor is due! Check your pcv or pvc or what ever the hell it is. Coil packs and wires , plugs, airfilter. You can check the tech-info on how to check the coil packs.
