GTP manual steering?

GTP manual steering?
Does anybody know if there is any manual rack that would fit 97 up grand prix'* or the safest for the rack way to convert it to manual? I know about just cutting lines and what not, but I'm looking for a better way. Thanks

They dont make a non power steering rack that i know of. So the best i can advise is to connect the two lines together. So that no dirt or anything else gets in there. And so it stays lubricated with the residual fluid and don't build pressure on one side and affect steering.
