Default Buick Lucerne Northstar V8 Tune

I am thinking about getting a performance tune from these guys: Black Bear Performance :: Custom Tuning Solutions for 96 and newer GM Vehicles

Is there someone else that is recommended by all of you? For a 93 octane performance tune, what is the estimated gain over stock? How does the tranny react to the tune/line pressure increase?

Thanks guys.

they seem to have a good idea of what they are doing..ive also used pcmsforless.com and my suburban has a bullydog in it that it has responded very well to in all aspects altho a tune is just like nitrous if your vehicles runablilty is not 100% it will respond accordingly.

Thanks guys! I will probably go with these guys since they are only a 4 hour drive from my place. I prefer dyno tunes when I can.

Always good to have it Dyno'd before and after.
If you are closer to Galloway, OH, I know of a guy named Brian Turner, I have heard good things from all of those that got a tune/dyno time from him.

Their facebook site has a few videos of him doing Dyno runs..

If you don't do facebook you can check out his youtube channel for the videos.
