Default Slow switching A/C

It sometimes takes up to 5 or 10 minutes for my air conditioning to blow through the vents. It blows through the defroster initially..What could be causing the delay?

The diverter doors are not diverting properly. You'll have to track down if it is a Control issue, or vacuum issue.

I found it.....it was a split vacuum hose going to my HVAC box at the firewall. I was also getting P0171 codes and one piece(4 inches) of new vacuum hose fixed both issues!!!
