I swapped the cpu with a junk yard cpu... whats chances of having the same exact symptons??

maybe I didn't post my question right... Im not getting any spark when attempting to start the car either.... my fuel pump is sending fuel to the rail... mechanic has checked for spark at the plugs and at coil.... NONE...... I have already changed the ICM, the Crank Position sensor, cam position sensor, checked all relays and fuses, and also the computer(ECM).... is there any other sensor that could give the car this problem.... Engine coolant temp sensor or MAF sensor?? Or Ignition Switch??? Please help.... this is starting to get ridiculous... Im already at $300 in parts not including labor.... PLEASE HELP

i would suspect the wires between icm/crank senor/pcm and pcm power and ground
