Default Removing back seat and rear deck

Okay, I need some help on how to remove the rear seats and the rear deck so that I can remove the whole third braking light assembly/ high mount stop lamp. I have no camera so I can't show pictures, I'll try to see if I can use a camera phone.

I thought it would be an easy job, until I observed closely to see that the screws ends are pointing down, so I have no access to remove the assembly. Now I have to find a way to remove the rear deck and the seats(where you put your back on). Can anyone give my a step by step of how to remove these things, cause I don't know where to start. Thanks. https://www.gmforum.com/images/smilies/1zhelp.gif
