Never saw a car in the Roadrunner'* desert so he probably doesn't.

. . . which would seem to beg the question: If a roadrunner signals in the desert and nobody is there to see it, did he signal after all?

Last I heard the roadrunner had to drive as it was too old to run anymore, now it just leaves its left blinker on 24/7

Back on a serious note, I am wondering if maybe the OP has some kind of short, they did say " it beeped when I flicked off the turn signal"
Still assuming they mean a beeping sound came from within the car, or is the horn itself beeped..

The beeping pjmia96 described was the starting chimes so I'll assume for now that he meant those. I wonder if he meant that it chimed after he centered the turn signal? If so maybe the turn signal mech is going bad.
