Gonna tackle replacing both blend actuators on my 95 CSV with ECC. Driver side is **** up so I figure passenger side isn’t far behind. Is there a required reset procedure.
On my 95, 88 with NA 3800, both fans would come on when AC was on. Noticed on the CS, only one fan comes on. Is this correct operation for the fans?

If it'* a cutlass supreme, yes, fans operate differently than c/h bodies. Low fan mode is 1 fan, high fan mode is both fans. Both fans single speed.
C/h bodies have a primary (big)/ secondary (small) setup. On low, primary fan comes on low and runs the single speed secondary. On high, the primary fan switches to high speed.
On the cutlass supreme, it should trip high fans once A/c high pressures reach a certain level, which typically does require it to be pretty warm outside to be met.
It'* probably fine if you are not noticing issues
