Default '94 Olds 88 climate controls quit working

Dashboard climate controls (A/C, rear defroster, fan speed, temp) all quit at the same time, but occasionally will return (together). What controls the operation of all four? Thanks in advance for your help!

I'd check the ground buss under the carpet and door sill plastic about the front edge of the driver'* seat.

I checked the buss, per your post. Looks brand new, no rust or corrosion anywhere. The wires seem to be attached solid. Anything else? Thanks!

Could be the control head itself. You can generally find them on Ebay for not a lot of money.

Sorry Roy, but what exactly is the "control head"?

Thanks!

No problem Stacie. The control head is the electonic module whose faceplate has all the control *****/buttons/sliders for the HVAC in it. This is where you adjust it to the settings you want. I don't know if your car has automatic climate control or not, but to show you what I mean take a look at this one on Ebay:
