I'm trying to remember. Isn't there markings on the pins?
The short one goes to the closest pin. I think you have it right.

I finally found a schematic.... the Yellow goes to 4, green goes to 2, and blue goes to 6....... the 3 Blues that are together go to 1, 3, 5
