Default 1988 Cutlass Ciera 3.8L

So my adventure started with crank and no start. At that time I wasn't getting spark but I did have power to the coils from the ICM just no pulse signal. Now I don't have power into the coil packs from the ICM, no power at the crankshaft sensor, no power at the fuel pump relay. I have power on pin P on the ICM connector. What I find odd is the ICM has 13 pins, the connector has 14 and there isn't a pin for pin P on the ICM nor does it look like there ever was a pin. How is the thing supposed to get power?

Do you have the 1988 Ciera owners manual/ checked fuses? Best to use a VOM and check for continuity on all the fuses.
Sure would be nice to have wiring diagrams for this car.
