Default Ok

How about what kinda things you like to BQ and any recipes. Like a beer spray or something like that. Well I guess with some of yous there would be no beer for the spray. Ha ha. But how about some " ccoking and seasoning ideas".

On steak I like seasoning with either garlic & onion salt or put some Dale'* seasoning- it is a bunch of other ingredients. It is so yummy!!

For pork products I like to marinate them in Italian dressing. It is so good!! We don't barbeque often enough but when we do it is so good!!

I myself settle for cheap meat. Pork loins, Iowa chops, Chuck steak, Porterhouse.

I don't do a lot of pre-prep cooking stuff. I usually fire the charcoal up, throw on a few slabs of meat, sprinkle some Lawry'* season salt, crushed black pepper, minced garlic, and onion salt on them. On occasion, I will put some dabs of soy sauce on. Grill to medium-well to well done with no burning, and enjoy. I have also done lemon pepper chicken breasts..... Yummy! However, I will only make me a chuck roast tonight. Easy to do, just gotta wait.

I know this is very simple and basic stuff, but it suits me and feeds this family of one.
