They do with by flying over the area with a camera array if I recall correctly. Most of the areas that have it are areas they have been contracted to do, or would benefit many people.

Wow, mine has my current car, so it'* probably sometime in 07 that the picture was taken. At least, I think that'* my car...
and the one of my apartment complex looks like I'm driving in it, then again...it could be someone else. haha that would be funny if it were me
