Do you have a Verizon? If so you can just bring it there and they will transfer the numbers via cable instantly.

If you have VZW download the backup assistant, it automatically updates every so many days, and when u change phones, just download it on your new phone, and it will upload all your contacts to it, its come in handy for me because ive had my phone replaced 3 times in the past year due to defects
