I read a article the other day, sorry, I can't find it online. But it had to do with the iceland eruption and the grounding of air flights. The tree huggers were happy about the groundings because it saved I think it was 3 tons of CO2 from being pumped in to the air because of the grounded jets. But they didn't take in to account the volcano was pumping out about 15,000 tons of CO2 per day. Hmm. Ya, human caused global warming.

Yea they're not always the brightest in the bunch. The only thing they ever consider is if we as humans are contributing less.

Ever wonder how much CO2 and other toxic compounds are released in our annual rounds of forest fires that cover millions of acres here in the US. How about adding the rest of the world to that. The volcanic activity which globally accounts for alot more than just Iceland'* incident. Or the fact that US cattle feedstock creates more methane than the worlds total vehicle tallies? Treehuggers are idiots fed statistically maligned data by People (and groups sponsored by them) who'* only real agenda is to rake in Billions trying to change something that isn't even the primary fault of what they scream about.

I seem to remember the total human caused CO2 output came to about 0.01% of the total world output. So Al, does turning my thermostat down a degree really make a difference?

....Huh...got ya beat.

According to a recent UN Report, livestock are responsible for 18 per cent of the greenhouse gases that cause global warming, more than cars, planes and all other forms of transport put together.

Bovine...it'* not only whats for dinner, you're also doing your part to reduce greenhouse gases. Suck on that PETA!

Decaying plant mater is second only to volcanoes for CO2 output. Suck that vegetarians.
