Well I claimed 0 all year and got shy of 2k back (amazing since I am single with no house, no family, no kids ect), however I will not see a dime of it

Im getting just over 1k back so far with federal. Not that it makes much of a difference being I work for the gov[military]. Next year, I wont pay a single dime in any sort of taxes since I will be a Combat Tax Exclusion Zone, so the IRS can kiss my ***
