Hello,

Thanks for getting back to me. I want you to know the car is in excellent condition with no rust or any kind of damage anywhere and it doesn't need any maintenance. The odometer shows 74,400 miles. The car gets 24/35 mpg. I can provide you an Autocheck report for the car. If you want to order one yourself here'* the VIN# WBAAM334XYFP78482. Title is clear and free of liens. The 323i has an automatic transmission and it'* very easy to drive even for a beginner.
My price is $3500. I have some personal problems at the moment and I need to sell the car as fast as possible because I need the money. That'* my only reason for selling it otherwise I wouldn't do it.
The deal will be handled by Simple Auto Exchange (www.simpaexchange.com). They will handle the title and money transfer and deliver the car to your location. Currently the BMW is at their office. The best part about this is that you'll get 5 days money back guarantee. If at the end of those 5 days you decide not to keep it you'll get a full refund from them. If you want the BMW and if you have the money available all you have to do now is to register a free account with them and get back to me with the e-mail address you used. As soon as I hear that you registered I will initiate the transaction through them. The process is very simple and risk free for both of us.

All the pictures can be seen here: http://s230.photobucket.com/albums/ee176/mattj71/

Thank you,
Matt

do a google search for simple auto exchange. Do you see the company website come up as one of the first 10 results? Nope. If it was a reputable website, I am sure atleast some of the money would have been spent on advertising, and they would want to get their name out.

Plus, he only mentions the basic facts on the car, and no issues. For having 74,400mi, I would think that it would have atleast a couple minor things worth noting.

And if you look at what he mentions, rust, maintenance, mileage, title condition and reason for sale are almost always the first questions asked by a buyer. He answers all of them, without giving you much more detail. And he personal problems line is meant to make you feel bad for him, and figure that buying it is going to help him out and you'll get a spectacular deal.

It'* all a mind game and I have noticed that the scams are getting closer to legit ads like this one.
