P&G did that every March.. To stay with Dupont, They had a Union. Most companies will raise pay'* like that to fend off the introduction of a union.

Be thankful for unions....

Or be thankful that companies try that hard to resist a union infestation.

The extra income will NOT be going towards mods.... I wish and may still be able to get something here and there, but nothing major.

I'm definatly gonna start my 401K finally. they pay $.50c for every $1.00 I put in, up to 4%....

I told my wife that I want to put $10 into each kids savings acct. every week too. And would like to put $20 into an acct. for us each week. (I'll get it direct deposited so I can't say we can't do it this week)

That leaves us with about $50 more than I'm bringing home now and we have a savings plan.... WOOHOO
