The FTC recommends the "give 30 day notice" thing I mentioned. And I think it was Illinois trade law, that the company had that long to retrieve it or sell it to you. However, they cannot force you to pay for it in any length of time. If they ask for money and you refuse, they have to retrieve it or just let it go after 30 days.

dont you realise that youre just propagating the attitude of "dog-eat-dog"? it doesnt HAVE to be like that. you can impact the world around you for the better, why wouldnt you do that every opportunity you get?

EDIT: doing "right" most of the time doesnt give you an excuse to do "wrong", nor does it excuse it.

because i do.... to people and Company'* that do well to me.
But for others that do bad to me, i will somehow get them back.

im BIG into, if someone is nice to me, im nice to them.
If someone does something bad to me, i will do something bad back.

im Neutral, i go either way...

I guess it depends on where you grow up. where i did (NJ) not many people where into blindly helping others. and it was a eye for and eye...

But im better then that. every PIF that has gone on here i have donated a good amount of my $.
Every time a member that was close to me needed help i tried my best to help them.

And guess what. i do that same for co-workers, Friend, and sometimes a random person.


So if ONCE in a while i want to keep something i got extra from a companies that sent it by mistake.. to bad. i feel that i deserve it sometimes.

I could care less if you keep them or not.
preaching about it on a open forum is outright stupid.your not going to change anyones mind.
