heres what the guy sent back
how much would a wheel bearing cost?
not too much wrong mechanically- the front left wheel bearing is
making noise and it never had any power steering problems, but I stored it
over the winter and the fluid gradually leaked out? not really sure.
you could come see it pretty much any evening or on the weekend

Assuming it has ABS, $150 or so.
If he "doesn't know how it leaked" It has a leak and he'* covering his butt to get you to buy. Use junkyard hoses.

$150 isnt TOO bad i guess, but i can try to use that and the power steering to try to get the price down maybe just a tid bit more, we'll see, im hoping to go look at it tomorrow night
