1988 Eagle Premier LX. POS The body and interior was MINT on this car, but it ran like sh*t. I don't even remember the motor in it. 3L V6, I wanna say. Sucker rode good, though. The couple times I got to drive it. I ended up GIVING it to a junkyard, and still know exactly where it is.[/b]

1988 Chevy Nova. it had like a 1.6 liter in it i think, and it burned a quart of oil every 1000 miles. this thing was just a piece.all it was, was a just a dressed up toyota, and with the automatic tranny this thing was a slug. it only could go 55mph or it would over heat. bought the thing for $200 i think from my moms uncle, and sold it for $75 to a junkyard. and got the bonnie back

A 1993 Ford Probe SE. I bought the car for $100.00 and actually drove it for 9 months. It was a total when i bought it. The front bumper and rear spoiler were in the car when I bought it, the air bags were deployed, the rack was bad, had no 4th gear, leaky radiator, frame damage, need I go on lol. So being the cheap skate girl that i am, I taped the front bumper on, cut out the driverside airbag, and drove it until I couldn't take it anymore and sold it to some kid in Illinois for $900.00. And amazingly enough this was 2 years ago and he'* still driving it.

1992 Honda Prelude SI

Desired by every kid in the universe. Purchased in an attempt to get good gas mileage.

One minute it'd be whipping out black smoke..next (when I was looking at it) ran perfect. Fun to drive.. drank gas worse than a well modded SSEi

It was some stupid Renault 3.0 140hp SOHC V6. They were a very unreliable engine and thats why most premiers and monacos are in the junkyard. The whole car was actually designed and built by Renault I believe.

LOL mine was a 1990 Honda Prelude. This one didn't go well. It starts with my bro and I driving to Poplar Bluff MO to meet my other bro who lives in Texas. I took my crap 92 Sunbird and we drove there to trade $3500 and the bird for a 95 Kia Sephia, and a 90 Honda Prelude. I wanted rust free cars what can I say. Well it was a ripoff to say the least. I cant believe that prelude made it all the way! It ran fine and had great power, but you couldn't shift hard cause the syncros would grind. The dash was lit like a christmas tree, the breaks were warped like you wouldnt believe, and it leaked about two quarts a day of oil! The only place I could find that the oil was leaking from was between the block and the head on the drivers side. The other thing that really got me was one day after it had rained (this car had the moon roof) I took off and had to stop and splash!!! Niagra falls out of the roof!! I was like Da** it. That car sucked and I only got $900 out of the crap from some young guy that said "You don't like Hondas?". I was like HE** NO you can keep em. Yeah the Kia wasn't much better either. I sold it for 2k after about 1k into it. Now I am PROUD to say I am an owner of 2 American Brand cars. No offense to anyone I just love my Lumina and Bonneville compared to any other car (except my 85 Stang) I have ever had.
