Heck, I went through the winter of 2000 driving a Dynasty as my lot car at the auction. That thing piled right through 3' drifts, no problem. Your roommate must be a moron to get that thing stuck.

BTW, Wall, SD, yesterday:

Last night, I went to pull into the FlyingJ in Gillette, Wy, and some dipsh*t in an early eighties Olds decided he wanted out of the truckstop bad enough to face down a fully loaded semi. Needless to say, he backed down, but not before I had to slow down in deep snow that the city plows had thrown into the drive. Long story short, it took two pickups to get me out of the snow.
BTW, the moron in the Olds could see me coming for about a city block, saw my signal, and still insisted on crowding into the drive. I should have hit him.

Not much snow fall, but the slushy conditions and sleet as Bill mentioned makes for slippery road conditions. Melrose, MA Schools are closed FTW !!! I get to sit home and post on BC ALL DAY.
