I've seen one of these set-ups before. It'* an all-out downforce rig for road racing where conditions change radically from one stretch to the next. They also use a similar set-up for hill-climb rallies, like Race to the Sky and Pike'* Peak. Kinda "Mad Max" lookin', though, ain't it?
