Default Wierd workout question...

Ok, so when I get home from the gym, usually late, I can't seem to keep my hands from shaking. This is most evident if I'm trying to type, hold something, etc... Is this normal? It usually subsides after 30-60 minutes. I tend to drink lots of fluids while at and after working out, if that helps...

Any ideas?

Get some amino acids in your diet. Former body builder buddy likes the liquid twin lab amino acid. Honestly..it'* the nastiest thing you've ever tried to drink.

Looks like you're not the only one. I Googled it and found this retireved from:

http://www.extremefitness.com/forum/...php/t-796.html

"allright i hve a couple things to say and a questions to ask.....r u taking any sort of stimulant prior to your wokrouts - ephedra, caffiene, ne thing even coffee or coke a cola - reason being that would explain the shaking...also you are porbally trting to do too much to quick...back off for a while and just use machines...this will build the neuromuscular pathways, so then your muscels will know what it is they are exactly doing..........that grip exercise form baby is great also those squeeze things that are spring loaded work well...give both of those a shot....heres a couple more to improve the grip....grasp a chinning bar close grip..and hold your self in the top of the movement for as long as possible...ti will kill your bi'* but oyur grip is going to be the first to go...its quiter than baby'* method...another one is too take two of the smae sized weight plates ...and press them together for as long as possible wiht one hand...work your way up from tens to 45'*...you will see what i mean"
